Let me answer some questions you may have.
We're based in Vancouver, BC, Canada but happy to travel wherever your wedding takes you!
We ask couples to pay a 50% deposit to hold their date in place, however, we're open to discovering a payment plan that works for all of us.
For Wedding Planning packages, I ask couples to start the planning a year out to ensure ample time to secure your dream vendors, finalize the details, and create a seamless experience.
For our Wedding Management package, I recommend starting at least a year out. While we can work with shorter timelines, early planning allows us to make the most of your wedding vision without added stress.
Also, we tend to book out at least a year in advance!
We're more than happy to collaborate with vendors you’ve already chosen, and I would never ask you to cancel an existing booking with a vendor. If we’re in the process of sourcing vendors together, we'll ensure they’re vetted through my network to confirm they align with your vision and meet professional standards.
While I (Ashley) lean toward working with vendors I’ve partnered with before—because I know how we collaborate seamlessly—I’m always open to building new relationships. Having the right team truly makes all the difference.
We plan your wedding with this in mind—there's no way around it, especially with Vancouver weddings!

The Inquiry

The Consult
The goal of this consult call is to learn more about you as a couple, what your ideal wedding day would look like, and details that will inform the entire process.
The Proposal
If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a custom proposal based on your wants and needs. You’ll have up to 2 weeks to review this proposal so you can receive wedding support ASAP.
The Partnership
After the papers are signed and the deposit is paid, we’re officially partners! We’ll map your vision into an iron-clad plan that makes sure your wedding day is one for the books—come rain or shine.
