As a wedding planner, every wedding I manage has its own unique story, but Blair and Rebecca’s wedding was truly something special. Their celebration was made even more meaningful by the couple’s inspiring love story and their focus on creating a heartfelt and intentional day. Today, I’m thrilled to share more about Blair and Rebecca’s stunning wedding at Big Sky Resort last August.

Blair and Rebecca’s story almost didn’t happen. Their first meeting was initially canceled when Blair backed out of their first date. But Rebecca, showing her characteristic kindness and grace, decided to give him one more shot. To Blair’s surprise and gratitude, that second chance was all it took. From then on, their connection grew stronger, leading to this unforgettable celebration of their love.

A Stunning and Intentional Wedding Day

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Big Sky Resort, their wedding was a perfect blend of elegance and thoughtfulness. Rebecca’s bridesmaids wore a palette of soft pastels, each shade harmonizing beautifully with the floral arrangements that adorned the day. One of the most memorable elements of their ceremony was the ring warming station. This unique and heartfelt tradition invited guests to hold and "bless" the couple’s rings with their well-wishes and positive energy before the ceremony began. As a wedding planner, much of my work happens behind the scenes to ensure everything runs seamlessly. For Blair and Rebecca’s big day, my role included confirming vendor arrivals, managing the timeline, and troubleshooting any last-minute challenges—all while ensuring the couple and their family could fully enjoy the celebration.

The ceremony overlooking the sweeping mountain views was a highlight, the stunning backdrop for their ceremony is something that will be engrained in my head forever—what people call these days "altered my brain chemistry," as the love and joy in the air were absolutely palpable. The reception that followed was just as breathtaking, with guests dancing under the stars and celebrating the couple’s love in the most joyful way.
