Joyful Events, led by Ashley, is a Vancouver-based company specializing in Wedding Management (formally called Day-of Coordinator but we don't believe in that term here) and Wedding Planning. Whether you're at the very beginning, saying "I do," or in the final months of planning, we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Joyful Events takes its name from Ashley's beloved grandmother, Joyce K. L. Lee, whose passion for hosting and uniting loved ones inspired the very essence of this company. In honour of her legacy, we strive to infuse every event with the same spirit of warmth, togetherness, and joy that defined her gatherings, ensuring that each client's special day is a celebration to remember.

Our pricing is based on an hourly rate of $115. Final costs, tailored to your needs, are determined during our consultation. Quoted prices cover one ceremony and reception. Additional charges may apply for travel outside Vancouver, and accommodation fees for weddings over 90 km away.
